This site was originally set up to provide on-line resources for the courses listed below. These resources include course outlines, lecture notes, readings and maps. The readings are in pdf format and require Adobe Acrobate Reader; the latter can be downloaded free from Adobe.com. The sizes of the pdf files (many of which are large) is indicated for each.
