REGISTRATION

Registration for this workshop will be $75.00. However, if payment is made by April 19th, the fee will be $60.00. Payment should be made in the form of a cheque made out to: "APICS Animal Care Committee".

The fee will include: attendance at the workshop, lunch (soup, sandwiches, dessert & beverage), 2 refreshment breaks and (hopefully) a printed copy of the presentations.

Please note that we will be able to guarantee the above only as long as registrations are received by May 10th. After that date, we can not guarantee late registrants will be provided lunch.
