If your chemistry society or club would like to host the 34th Annual APICS/CIC Undergraduate Chemistry Conference in the spring of 2009, this information is for you. During the closing banquet on Saturday night, we will ask that any interested group give a short bid for hosting ChemCon 09.

Your bid should describe the reasons why your group, university and city will make the best place for ChemCon 09. Bids will be made after dinner and awards presentations, and should take only a few minutes each. After each intersted group makes their brief presentation, we will ask that the delegates present at the dinner vote on which University they would like to see host this event in 2009.
